The agreement
Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These Terms are the agreement between you and Woomeout (“Woomeout”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Woomeout, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Woomeout
You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these Terms. You can’t use Woomeout if we have banned you before, or if you have been convicted of a sexual offence or a violent crime.
2. Your account
Give us accurate information, keep one account, and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
3. Community rules
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. On Woomeout you must not:
- harass, bully, threaten or stalk anyone;
- post hate speech, or content that is violent, sexually explicit or illegal;
- pretend to be someone else, use photos that aren’t of you, or create fake accounts;
- scam people, ask for money, or advertise or sell anything;
- share anyone’s private information without their permission;
- involve anyone under 18 in any way.
You can block or report anyone from their profile or your chat. We review reports, and we may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, without warning.
4. Your content
You own what you post. You give us permission to store, show and share it within Woomeout so we can run the service. Only post what you have the right to share. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
5. Meeting people safely
We don’t run criminal background checks on members. A verified badge means a member’s selfie matched their own photos. It doesn’t prove who they are. Always meet in open, public places, tell a friend where you’re going, and never send money to someone you meet here. You’re responsible for how you deal with other members.
6. Plans, coins and payments
Woomeout is free to use. Silver, Gold and Platinum are optional auto-renewing subscriptions, and coins can be bought for extras such as video calls and date invites.
- In the app: purchases are charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow Apple’s and Google’s rules.
- On our website: passes bought through Paystack are not refundable, except where the law says they must be.
- Coins have no cash value and can’t be exchanged, transferred or cashed out.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using Woomeout and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Support). We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription you bought through Apple or Google, so please cancel it there too.
8. Our service
We work hard to keep Woomeout running well, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, or that you’ll find a match or a date. We may change or remove features over time.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Woomeout is not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, or for how other members behave on or off Woomeout. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.
10. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If the law where you live gives you rights that can’t be overridden, those rights still apply.
11. Apple App Store
If you downloaded Woomeout from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and Woomeout, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for the app, its content, support, or any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
12. Changes
If we change these Terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. For important changes, we’ll tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using Woomeout after a change, you accept the new Terms.
